This policy outlines MNOVA LIMITED’s procedures for refunds and cancellations.

Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel scheduled services with 48 hours notice
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery
  • Valid reasons for refunds include:
  • Service not delivered as specified in agreement
  • Technical failures preventing service delivery
  • Substantial deviation from agreed scope
  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
