This policy outlines MNOVA LIMITED’s procedures for refunds and cancellations.
Service Cancellation
- Clients may cancel scheduled services with 48 hours notice
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery
- Valid reasons for refunds include:
- Service not delivered as specified in agreement
- Technical failures preventing service delivery
- Substantial deviation from agreed scope
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days

- Receive confirmation within 1 business day
- Decision provided within 5 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 10 business days
